This is the third in a video-series about our Climate Justice Innovation work in the small village of Jordani in Sounthern Malawi.

Following the Successful capping of the artesian well in early 2019, we set up a temporary community-based committee to explore ideas for multiple uses of the artesian water. These new uses included a water kiosk, an irrigation scheme and fish ponds…..all from one artesian well. But, can the community sustain/manage these multiple uses or are we asking too much of them?

In August 2019, we recruited an independent evaluator to help answer this question. His name is Eric Phiri and this is what he discovered.
